💭 Energy is a currency.
Just like time and money, it’s finite, and I’ve been feeling the pinch lately.

Starting anything feels like climbing a mountain. Burnout? Maybe. A symptom of my condition? Possibly. Either way, it’s tough.

But today, I’ve come to a realization: energy is precious, and I need to use it wisely.
It’s not something I can simply “refill” at will, so when I do feel that spark—however small—I need to make it count.

Some days, the tank feels empty. On those days, I try to give myself grace, knowing that it’s okay to pause. On other days, when motivation visits me like an old friend, I’m learning to embrace it and make the most of it.

Because energy, like any currency, has value only when spent intentionally.

I learned this the hard way. I was stuck in doing something I don’t want and it ate me inside. Nothing seems to go right. Until I made that brave decision to follow my heart. For some reason, the universe offered me a lot of blessings and opportunities after I decided to go after what I really want. So I guess that’s the way to go.

I know there are circumstances that you have to set aside yourself for others, but make sure it’s not forever. Life is short. Give yourself a chance to be happy.

I learned this the hard way. I was stuck in doing something I don’t want and it ate me inside. Nothing seems to go right. Until I made that brave decision to follow my heart. For some reason, the universe offered me a lot of blessings and opportunities after I decided to go after what I really want. So I guess that’s the way to go.
